Competency models are clusters of behaviour, personality, motivation and knowledge that form the basis of many assessment processes. We have extensive experience in helping to design these for clients using a language and structure that will work for you. We also have access to off-the-shelf competency frameworks if you would prefer. If you already have a competency framework, we will use this to guide the creation of exercises and their scoring guides.

As part of the job analysis we can also produce role profiles, person specifications and job descriptions to allow you to keep a central record of a role’s responsibilities and the personal qualities required to perform them effectively
