Using a team personality assessment as a base, we develop bespoke workshops designed to highlight where teams are working well together and where there may be potential blind spots. Our programmes focus on tangible, measurable outputs: by the end we ensure that everyone knows what each team member will be doing differently back in the workplace to enhance team functioning: and how this will be measured.
A public arts body wished to run a team building session that would facilitate closer working between functions. Specifically, it needed to not only be rigorous, but also relevant and engaging to the audience. We partnered with an artist whose work was being exhibited at Tate Britain to devise a range of relevant on-site activities at the Tate. An MBTI team profile report was produced and all participants went away feeling energized and clear on what behavioural change was required.
