Their role includes:  - Writing up evidence in a timely manner - Writing up reports after an assessment - Conducting feedback sessions       ### Centre Managers We can provide a centre manager, whose role is not to assess but they are on hand for the assessment centre to help with aspects such as: - Helping coach assessors on their assessment skills  - Keeping track of how the assessment timetable is progressing - Ensuring the assessor write-ups are received on time and to the right quality - Chairing the integration session and providing an impartial voice of challenge  - Dealing with any unexpected events throughout the day    ### Centre Administrators We can provide centre administrators to handle the administrative aspect of the day. Their role includes: - Creating room labels - Photocopying - Administering exercises - Dealing with the venue / IT platform provider - Supporting the centre manager in the smooth running of the event ### Role Players We can provide psychologists or professional actors to help bring interactive assessment exercises, like role plays, to life.
